Wynn Optical Express stands behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy describes the limited warranty coverage we provide for frames purchased directly from wynnopticalexpress.com.
1. Frame Warranty
All frames sold by Wynn Optical Express are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects, including:
- Structural defects in frame construction (e.g., broken hinges, cracked frame material not caused by impact)
- Weld or joint failures under normal use
- Factory coating delamination or peeling not caused by chemical exposure or improper cleaning
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or finish wear
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts, or misuse
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, solvents, or extreme heat
- Alterations or repairs performed by a third party
- Lost or stolen frames
2. Prescription Lenses
We sell frames only. Prescription lenses are not included and must be obtained separately through your eye care provider. We are not responsible for lens fitting or prescription accuracy.
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photographs of the issue. Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 to 5 business days. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective item at our discretion, at no cost to you.
4. Warranty Remedies
If a valid warranty claim is approved, Wynn Optical Express will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective product
- Replace the defective product with the same or a comparable model
- Issue a store credit or refund equal to the original purchase price
Replacement products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
5. Limitation of Warranty
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED BY WYNN OPTICAL EXPRESS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED. WYNN OPTICAL EXPRESS'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Shipping & Return
Shipping
Complimentary shipping with no handling or processing fees. Orders ship within 1–3 business days, with delivery typically 4–7 business days after shipment. Ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to the contiguous (lower 48) United States only.
Returns
Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with original packaging and any included tags, case, cloth, or demo lenses. Eligible returns include free return shipping and no restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
